Why do I experience pain during sex
So many women these days experience discomfort during intercourse or with penetration. 😢 Some women even feel pain from using a tampon or a moon cup.
Sexual pain is common.
In fact, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, 75% of women experience pain during sex at some point in their life. 🤯
In my new YouTube video, I talk all about pain during sex – what can cause discomfort and numbness to arise in the vagina and pelvic area, as well as ways to begin the healing process. I also discuss my own experience with cysts in my ovaries, and how I used holistic practices to overcome it.
Sexual healing and getting into my type of work can feel like it just takes too much effort. But, the payoff for investing in yourself and doing these kinds of practices is just so amazing. ✨
I’ve seen it so many times with my clients – women who go from feeling broken and that something is wrong with them sexually, to feel sexually empowered and liberated. It’s amazing 🤩
Healing ourselves sexually really adds so much to our life experience.
Sexual liberation doesn’t end with the pleasure in the bedroom – it overflows over into all aspects of life, even something like the way you walk down the street, how you speak up for yourself, how radiant and magnetic you can feel in your day to daylife, and so much more ❤️🔥
Our sexuality is a part of who we are, so when you feel more whole and complete, and connected to the relationship you have with your yoni and with your sex life, it’s really going to support you to feel more radiant and more liberated. 🤗
