Healthy Pelvis Means More Pleasure During Sex 🍑
𝗠𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱!💥
Doing simple pelvic exercises that strengthen the muscles and release withheld tension from them 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹. 🎉✨
Having healthy pelvic muscles allows for 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗰𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘅𝘅.👀
It’s very common for women to have pelvic muscles that are TENSE and WEAK. 🥀
When the pelvis is tense and weak, there is limited blood flow to it.
Think of it this way – when you clench your fist it turns white, there’s no blood flow right? ✊
𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭, 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘪𝘤 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴.
When you hold tension in your pelvis (as so many women unconsciously do! 😩) it’s like we are clenching it, and limiting the blood flow.
Let’s not forget that your yoni, which is inside your pelvis, is full of 𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲.
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘪.
If you’re holding a lot of tension in your pelvis – it’s no wonder that sensations feel dulled.
On the other hand, if our pelvic muscles are too loose and don’t get enough activation and activity, there is going to be less sensation as well.
Just like working out your biceps or abs 🏋️, your pelvic muscles need to be activated too.
